1 Year at Maintenance - Weight Loss Success Story!!!

I just wanted to share with you I reached my 1 year maintenance weight this month.
I'm listening to your advice & I no longer count calories or am obsessed with working out at the same high intensity several times a week.
It took some time but I've started listening to my body & at the same time I'm developing a more relaxed attitude towards fitness. I eat when I'm hungry (not starving) & choose quality foods to fuel my workout. I treat myself occassionally & I don't feel guilty about it.
On most days I get up at 5:00 am to fit in my workout. There are those days when I don't feel like doing my planned workout for an hour, I change gears & tell myself to try something else for at least 20 minutes.
When obstacles arise that threatened to derail my healthy lifestyle, I just manage to find a way around them. This flexibility has allowed me to stay consistent.
In addition, I've learned from you that fitness is always evolving so I find myself trying different types of workouts that I never thought I would try before. I keep my mind open to different possibilites & it keeps me from getting bored like I used to because there is so much out there to try as you've shown me.
I just wanted to share this with you and thank you for being such an inspiration.
