Hi Alicia

Welcome to free workouts guide. You ask a great question. Not knowing your age, workout history, or your fitness goals I would recommend starting with a basic circuit workout.

Try the Bodyweight Circuit Workout. It includes simple exercises that boost endurance, burn fat, and help you build strength. You can do this workout 2-3 times a week for 3-4 weeks.

Once you get some basic conditioning then you can try some Bootcamp Workouts for Beginners & Intermediates.
