Best Animal Exercises for Fatloss

I recently watched a great CST video that featured animal exercises that are just amazing for fatloss, endurance, mobility, and total body fitness.

You're probably familiar with some animal exercises like duck walks, bear crawls, frog jumps, and of course downward dog and cobra.

There are many animal exercises that are super effective and fun that you can incorporate into your fatloss workouts.

My favorite was the ape step to cosack lunge to scorpion. I tried it and was able to do this the first time. So cool!!! Check it out below. Scott Sonnon is just awesome. I'm getting started with CST next month. I can't wait.

Animal Exercises Workout Routine

My favorite Aussie trainer Daniel Munday shows you a great animal exercises workout routine that includes the bear crawl, crab walk, ape walk and frog jumps.

All great bodyweight exercises that improve endurance, mobility, posture, and core stability while burning tons of fat and calories.

If you're looking for fun exercises or a change of pace from regular old jumping jacks, burpees, or mountain climbers try one or all of these.

Try 30 seconds of each rest a minute then repeat 2-3 more times or just add them into your existing workout in place of an exercise that's no longer working for you.
