The Bride Bootcamp Workout Burns Fat & Sculpts A Lean Toned Body

Here is a sample bride bootcamp workout from my ebook Quick Bootcamp Workouts for Busy Brides.

It includes some of the best fat burning and toning exercises and is ideal if you need to get fit fast for a wedding dress but you're too busy to spend hours in the gym.

Perform 10-15 reps of each exercise. Move from one exercise to the next without resting between exercises.

After you've completed one circuit rest for 30 seconds then repeat. Rest for 20 seconds then repeat a third time.

Be sure to push past your comfort zone by using moderately challenging weight and using excellent form for maximum calorie and fat burning.

Exercise
Power Jacks
1. Start in a shoulder width stance with your knees slightly bent.
2. Jump up into the air and spread your legs out into a wide stance and land in this position.
3. Immediately proceed into a squat and then stand back up into a jump to land with both feet at a shoulder width stance.
4. Repeat this movement for the recommended repetitions.

stay light on your feet and move quickly in and out. Push butt back and sit into the heels as you squat to target the entire lower body.

Walking Lunge Curl and Press
1. Start by lunging forward with the dumbells at your side.
2. As you stand up from your lunge curl the dumbells up towards the shoulders.
3. Bring the dumbells back down to your waist as you go into your next lunge.
4. As you stand up from the second lunge raise the dumbells up over your head as if you are shoulder pressing them up.
5. Bring them back down to the waist when you lunge down for the third time and repeat this sequence.
6. Repeat for the recommended repetitions.

take your time with this exercise and use the abs to stabilize.

Side lunge with toning bar
1. Start by placing a toning bar on your shoulders and assuming a shoulder width stance.
2. Step laterally to the side and lower your hips so that your left hip is behind your left foot and knee.
3. Lunge down like you are going to sit in a chair.
4. Return to the starting position and repeat to the othe side.

use weights, medicine ball, or bands if you don't have a bar.

Prone Pull Ins on Ball
Start Position: Roll out on the ball so that your shins are on the ball and you are supported by your hands in a table top position.
Pull the ball using your feet towards your chest. While doing this bend your elbows in a pushup fashion.
Return to starting position.

be sure to use the abs to pull the ball in. break it down into push-up then pull-in if you have trouble doing both together. you'll get strong fast and be able to do both soon.

Advanced Tricep Bench Dip
1. Start by placing your hands on the bench and then placing your feet on top of the ball.
2. Once stabilized proceed to bend your elbows until your arms bends to about 90 degrees.
3. Return to the starting position by extending your arms until they are straight again.
4. Repeat for the desired repetitions.

use bench or stool if you don't have a ball.

Ball Transfer Crunch
1. Start by lying on your back with a stability ball held between your legs and your arms directly above your head.
2. Simultaneously raise your legs with the ball and your shoulders up towards the ceiling.
3. At the top grab the ball with your arms and return to the starting position with the ball in your hands.
4. Repeat this movement and transfer the ball back to your feet.
5. Repeat for the required repetitions.

can also be done without a ball.

Reverse Crunch Scissor Kicks
1. Start by lying on your back with your legs perpendicular to the floor.
2. Slowly lower one leg until you are no longer able to keep your lower back neutral to the floor.
3. Lift your leg back up and then repeat with the other leg for the desired repetitions.
4. As you get stronger continue to lower your legs closer to the floor as long as you can keep your back neutral with the floor.

contract abs to pull low back into floor and rest the head on floor to make it tougher.
