Burpees are one of the best bodyweight cardio exercises around for fatloss, endurance, and core stability. Check out 6 very different variations that all work for various people of all fitness levels.
If you're looking for ways to tweak your workouts for increased fatloss and to prevent boredom then be sure to try all these burpees and pay special attention to the last burpee variation in the video.
This is a great example of how combining two exercises with a fun piece of equipment can transform a simple exercise into something more fun and more challenging.
BTW, one thing you will probably notice is that I'm terrible at pushups (this was pointed out by one of my youtube subscribers). Many women and many men even those who are fit are not very good at pushups. It's not an exercise many of us choose to do often, which is why it's so important to modify any exercise in any workout to your fitness level and your needs so you can still burn fat without getting frustrated or injured.

Having just nixed my gym membership in an effort to be frugal I am on the lookout for cardio excerises. I have been run/jogging but 25 and below temps plus wind can sway even the most deticated to stay inside where it's cozy. So this is great. Thanks.
