"If you think about it, it’s pretty unnatural from a biological perspective to walk around with really low body fat. It’s not beneficial from a survival-of-the-species point of view to have low body fat. So this metabolic adaptation becomes more pronounced the leaner you get." explains Tom Venuto author of Burn The Fat
The adaptation response (which means that your body is resisting more fat loss) is the reason eating a clean healthy diet that consists of 80-90% fat burning foods sometimes isn't enough to help you lose fat.
If you are already working out at your highest intensity as often as 3 times a week and working out 4 other days a week at varied levels of intensity plus eating fat burning foods (like the pics above) and you are still struggling to lose fat the solution is easy!
#1 Fat Burning Food Tip for Quick Fat Loss: Cycle Your Calories and Your Carbs
Not only is this more enjoyable than some torturous low calorie no carb diet it's easier and you can even cheat a few times a week.
My favorite way to cycle calories right now is Intermittent Fasting but this is not for everybody so Carb Rotation is the best option for most people. If your body doesn't do well on carbs then Calorie Cycling (or zig zag eating) is also a great choice and ALL these are very easy to do. Much easier than starving on some torture diet (or what my son calls a no happiness diet).
I used to struggle on a no happiness diet before but I no longer do that and find that losing fat is easier when you're working with your body instead of against it.
