About The Instructor

Monica Neave has been a personal trainer, bootcamp instructor, and fitness journalist for the past 9 years. She is an ISSA Certified Fitness Therapist and has continuing education in metabolism testing, nutrition, weight management, bootcamp fitness, and corrective exercise.

She's run fitness bootcamps at Bally Total Fitness, Mid-Valley Athletic, Reid Park, Select Fitness and for Catalina Foothills School District Adult Schools. Her Bridal Bootcamp was featured on FoxNews at 9, on foxnews.com and is one of the top selling ebooks at one of the largest women's websites bellaonline.com.
