I do not have a fatloss workouts guide book available but have considered self publishing one over at Lulu.com.
What would you like to see in the book? Would you want it to be just workouts or more of a guide on how to put together your own exercise plan or both? Any feedback would be appreciated.
I would love to hear from anybody who is interested. This isn't the first time somebody has asked me this question but I'm not sure there is enough of a demand to put this out right now.
If you need a great book with killer exercises and workouts right away, I recommend you get a copy of The Women's Health Big Book of Exercises: Four Weeks to a Leaner, Sexier, Healthier YOU!. This book is chock full of all the best fatloss exercises, workout tips, and some killer fatloss workout routines to get you started. It's a great book for both beginners and the more advanced.

I would buy your book by: Jeri
I would love to see your book of different types of exercises for different body parts as well as the different routines put together. I print your ebooks & place it in a binder for reference when I'm working out.

Creating Your Own Fatloss Guide by: Jeri
Hey Jeri
Thanks for the comments. Many women I meet online tell me they print my articles or workouts and put them in a binder.
This is such a great idea especially if you save what really works for you. I did this too.
The only difference is I saved stuff from men's magazines. All the stuff in the fluffy fitness magazines (as Craig Ballantyne calls them) was just so ineffective for fatloss but the stuff in the guy magazines worked so much better (as long as it wasn't bodybuilder stuff).
I think the lack of good info for women is what motivated me to start fwg.
