Gym Workouts Not Working for Belly Fat

I've been going to the gym for 3 years, but I'm really unhappy with my results.I'm still with my fat belly!!

However, I don't have a lot of energy to do cardio exercise. In addition, I've eaten too much sweetness!! Please!Could u give me some advices???

Workouts That Burn Belly Fat

Hi Rosana

Going to the gym for 3 years and not getting results is definitely very frustrating. This happens to a lot of women and it's happened to me so I know exactly how you feel right now.

If you want to change your body and lose the belly fat then you are going to need short but intense workouts that burn fat, boost energy, and increase cardio and muscular endurance as well as improve core strength.

Get started with the daily workouts from my Lose Belly Fat Bootcamp Plan. Do these workouts for the next 2-3 weeks. You can do them at the gym or if you feel strange doing this type of workout at the gym then just do them at home.

All you really need is a dumbbell. Make sure that you are using a weight that feels challenging but not hard to lift. If you don't have a stability ball use the floor and for any sandbag or medicine ball exercises use a dumbbell instead.

Many of the exercises and mini circuits in the workouts are probably not what you are used to doing in the gym but it's what your body needs right now to get results.

The other thing that will help is changing your diet a bit. Can you give me an idea of what you normally eat every day and what is your ethnic background (is your family Greek, Italian, Russian, English, Aussie)? I think your diet is a huge reason why you are feeling so tired and it's also the main reason you are storing all your fat in the belly area.

Your diet is probably not right for your body type but if you answer my questions I can help you figure out a solution that will help you lose the belly fat faster.

Craving Sweets After Dinner

Hi Monica

Thanks a lot for your coments. I know that me diet is an issue.I just can not stop eating sweet!!! I´m Braziilian.

I have protein in my breakfast and dinner, but I still need eat something more after dinner(it´s my craving time!!).I have chicken or salmon in my lunch with a lot of veg.

I drink alchool once a week sometimes.

Belly Fat Diet Tips

Hey Rosana

Thanks for sharing your trouble with sweets. Sounds like you eat a fairly decent diet but you may be missing out on fiber and nutrients from certain types of carbs and this could be the reason you crave sugar so much.

Avoid any pasta, bread, cereal, crackers, and other processed carbs for a couple of weeks and try this type of diet instaed.

breakfast: 2 eggs or small piece of fish and small bowl of fruit (mango, papaya, guava, orange, passionfruit, pineapple are good choices for you)

lunch: chicken or fish and large raw vegetable salad (at least 6 types of vegetables) with olive oil and vinegar or lemon as dressing.

snack: small portion of pine nuts or cashews and 2-3 figs

dinner: any protein you like, small sweet potato or small portion of black beans and rice, vegetables (leafy greens and all green vegetables are great for reducing sugar cravings) , and 2 small pieces of dark chocolate or other sweets of your choice (limit yourself to small portion).

snack: (optional) small portion of any dairy (if you choose yogurt make sure it is organic)

You should see a huge difference in the belly size in about 5 days even while you still continue to eat small portions of sweets especially if you are following the workouts too. Eventually you won't crave the sugar anymore and you can cut back or eliminate it all together.

You are amazing!!!

I change my diet as you said, in addiction I'm doing the LOSE FAT BELLY training(when finished I was incredible wet!!).I'm feel more energized!

I would like to know what I can eat insted of fish(for breakfast). And about coffe, tea, oats, milk and whey protein shake? Should I wait until complete couple of weeks? When should I add them?

foods to lose belly fat

Hey Rosana

I'm so happy that you are seeing positive changes so fast. When you eat the right foods and do the right exercises your body fat can improve very fast.

Take a look at this list of foods to lose belly fat. The article is a little long but you will find many options as well as ideas about how to eat those foods to lose fat fast.

Coffee, and tea are o.k. just be sure not to add very much sugar.

Any dairy is good but stick to organic (no hormones in your dairy means you'll lose the belly fat faster).

Oats are good as long as they are not instant (pouch to bowl plus water = bad for you). Buy oats you cook on the stove and make them with water then add a splash of milk and some whey protein for a balanced breakfast. I used to make mine with chocolate whey protein and raw cacao powder (so good).

Let me know how you are doing in a couple of weeks.

hi all this excersices look great but I have a big problem I have bad knees can this workout be modified? please let me know if so I would really like to give them a try.

hispanic need i say more, my diet is flour tortillas, beans, lots of eggs and cereal in the mornings i walk four to five miles a day but have bad knees also i do not load my picture because i am not computer savy and don't know how to load it, oh and before i forget i am 52 years old , any suggestions? or am i a lost case please help!!!!!!!!

Lose weight requests strong mind!!

I know that since I've stop eating foods that contains flour(at all!!)I lost all my fat belly!!!!
The green salads helps me with my sugar graving.
Of course isn't so easy!!!My period's time I feel crazy to eat sweet, cakes...but Iheve to be brave!!
You should try!Let's do it!
