Gymboss Giveaway by: KallyC
I am always around junk food (because of my family) and have had to learn how to take responsibility for what I eat. I also stay consistent with my workouts. It has been my experience to not make changes during a busy/stressful time. If you take responsibility for what you eat and stay consistent with your workouts the rest of the year, then it will be easier to stay fit during the holidays. If you overeat one time, your diet is not ruined, just get back on track right then and there. With exercising, you will have good days and bad days, the key to success is showing up. Thanks for your workouts, they have been very helpful to me, especially the quick workouts.
