How to burn belly fat?

How can i burn my last few pounds off my belly? I am 27, very active person, workout 4 to 5 times a week, I am having trouble losing those extra lbs off my belly.

I do 30 mins of cardio (intervals) everyday, do high reps of lightweight exericises, i feel like i am doing the right thing but i dont see results i am fit but i want to look as fit as i am.

My diet is not strict but its healthy, i keep my carbs low, except for the weekends, other than that i feel i should be looking much fitter than what i actually look

Hi Hernando and thanks for posting your question. I just wrote a quick article that covers the Top 7 quick fat loss secret tips you need to get your best body ever in 8 weeks! The fat loss secrets that will take your body to the next level. I really think some of the tips in this article will help you especially the diet part.

Here's a few more exercise to lose belly fat tips that WILL help you look as fit as you are.

1. When you do intervals try your hardest to work at a level 9-10 during high intensity intervals. You should be going as fast/hard as you can. It should feel like a serial killer, gang of thugs, or crazy natives are out to get you. You should be sweating buckets, feel like you want to die, and basically scare other people in the gym who are watching you. Here's a video below for inspiration!



2. Vary your intervals. Same intervals = same results so mix it up. If you need to learn how to mix up intervals try the HIIT workout plan. You can also try some bodyweight cardio to mix things up even more.

3. Mix up your strength training and do a bit of lower rep, heavy lifting 1-2 times a week or mix in some challenging bodyweight exercises into your workout (pullups, burpees, complex movement patterns). Anything that is different from what you are doing will shock your body and force it to burn more fat. Watch the video below for ideas or check out the best fat burning exercises for more ideas.



4. Instead of low carb all week then hi carb on weekends which stalls fatloss and can cause fat gain, try the hi lo no carb rotation diet trick instead.

5. Focus on core training vs. ab isolation exercises. Core training activates your deepest layer of ab muscle that acts like your natural corset and shrinks your core from the inside out. Try the hot abs interval workouts

hey Monica thanks for your advice i am going to try out a new routine, but i do sweat a lot at the gym usually no body around me is sweating or come close to as much as i am . other than that i believe i can push a little more each time i hope this works i need to look good i am in hell of shape i just want to look like it.
