Killer Core Exercises Beach Workout

CST Coach Hurst (my pullups coach) shows you a killer core exercises beach workout that can be done anywhere with zero equipment. It burns tons of fat and flattens your abs fast.

I've been working up to some more advanced bodyweight exercises for a few months now and I'm so excited to tell you that the base switch with quad press which is the first bodyweight exercise in the video finally feels really smooth and natural.

I'm filming more killer bodyweight exercises for you guys today but not sure when the video will be up so thought I would give you a sneak peak. You guys might recognize many of the other bodyweight exercises in this video because I've included some of them in other workouts.



BTW, I think Coach Hurst needs to change his name to Coach Hurts! He is one evil pullup primer coach.
