lose 15 pounds and tone up

Well what about women who just want to lose like 10-15 pounds? I always see articles about women wanting to lose weight or go from a size 12 to a size 2 but Im still young and have an hourglass figure but Im flabby in some areas, what can i do?

Hi Nicole

I've been a size 2 most of my life (from the age of 14 up until I was 29 then from 31 until now at 41). I've also been exercising most of my life and dancing since I was 3 years old so I actually created this site specifically for women (of any age) who are struggling to lose the last few pounds or for women who are at their desired weight but not happy with the way their body looks so you've come to the right place for advice.

I think the main issue isn't weight loss it's fat loss and toning which is what this site is all about. If you go to the toning routines tab you'll find tons of fatloss and toning workouts that will get you exactly the results you're after.

I recommend you start with any of the workouts below and also that you start eating lean body foods. Eating a clean diet is a must to lose the last 10-15 pounds and getting that curvy but toned look. Click the link for 55 lean body foods to eat.
