Lose 30 Pounds of Fat In Under 30 Days

by Monica

Most people can't lose 30 pounds of fat in under 30 days but you CAN lose 30 pounds of fat in 2-3 months if you're willing to step outside your comfort zone with your workouts and your eating.

Here's a quick fatloss tip that I wish I would have listened to back when I was struggling to lose 30 pounds of fat: "If you keep on doing what you've always done, you'll keep on getting what you've always got."

You need to embrace change if you want to change your body. This is the main issue that most visitors who ask for help seem to have and I totally understand because I've been there too. It's the reason it took my 2 years not 2 months to lose 30 pounds of fat.

Being on a good workout plan for a couple of months is great. Staying on it for months on end is guaranteed to bring your progress to a screeching halt.

You CAN lose 30 pounds in 60 days but only if you're willing to embrace change. Here's some simple ways to do that.

1. Add a new piece of fitness gear to your workout routine

2. Give up the pink barbie weights and start using some real weight

3. Switch up your workout plan every 4 weeks

4. Eat a variety of healthy fat burning foods each week. The more variety the more nutrients and the more fat you burn.

5. Start doing the harder exercises like squat jumps, lateral leaps, swinging planks, different types of pushups, etc. Watch my extreme fat loss bodyweight workout below to see what I mean. I wish I had been working out like this back when I had 30 pounds of fat to lose. I would've lost it so much faster!

Remember that consistency is important but so is progression, intensity, and variety. This is why I switch up my workouts every 3-4 weeks and why I start a new workout plan every 3 months and why I buy new fitness equipment every year.
