post pregnancy workout plan

I am 35 years old. Four years ago I weighed 103 pounds and was 5 foot 1 inch tall and my clothing size was a size 2 short for bottoms and extra small for tops. That was my normal weight and size all through my twenties and early thirties.
Since that time, I have gotten married and been pregnant 8 times and had 4 live births(all within 4 years time span) Now I am still 5 foot 1 inch tall but, my weight is 158 pounds. I feel fat and disgusting. It is depressing to me to be so big. I still look 6 months pregnant.
I have tried every diet plan I can think of. I breast feed all of my children which is supposed to burn 1000 calories per day. My husband is catholic and comes from a big family and wants a big family. I love my children and would love to have more children but, I really really want my size 2 body back. How can I quickly and safely flatten my tummy and loose this weight?
Lose 55 Pounds Baby Weight

I am a stay at home mother of 3 boys. I am a pear shape. I have most of my weight in my hips and butt. I am 5'10 240 lbs, size 16. I would love to be around 185lbs and size 12.
All my weight gain is due to pregnancies. I gained about 80lbs with each one. I have seemed to keep the weight on with this last one. What can I do to lose all this extra baby weight?
I have about an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon to workout. I have a slim in 6 dvd. I use that and we live on the 3rd floor so I use the stairs alot. I would say my fitness level is maybe a medium level. Please help me!
Thank you
Melissa

I am having a baby girl this October (YAY!!) and I'm very excited and happy about that. But I'm not very excited to see what my body looks like after I deliver.
Hi Monica!!
I've really enjoyed your website and newsletters for almost 2 years now! Thanks so much for all you do!
I am having a baby girl this October (YAY!!) and I'm very excited and happy about that. But I'm not very excited to see what my body looks like after I deliver. So far in my pregnancy I've gained 30 lbs and I have another 11 weeks to go.
Other than walking I haven't exercised much during my pregnancy because I've been nauseous the entire time (not fun). Before I got pregnant I was a regular exerciser, often doing your workouts from this website (which I LOVED). I realize I won't be able to exercise like I used to after I deliver for many reasons. But once I get clearance from my doctor to start exercising again where should I start? Is there a beginner program or a "starting over after not exercising for a long time" routine that you would recommend? Also, as I'm sure you know well, time will certainly be a huge factor once the baby is here. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Thanks Monica!!
