Lose last 10 pounds

I'm a 43 year old mother of three boys. I have lost 50 pounds (over a two year period) and have kept it off for the past year. I have been struggling for a year to lose the last 10. I am 5'6 and weight 150 pounds. Most of my weight is in my upper body. I would appreciate any tips you have to offer. I workout 5 times a week, 5 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training. Anna
