Tacfit Commando 4 Day Fatloss Diet & Recipe

For the first time in ages I actually feel motivated to improve my eating. My
Tacfit Commando Workout came with a 4 day fatloss diet plan that cycles carbs according to the intensity of your workouts. It also came with a killer recipe book full of healthy fatloss meals.
This isn't my first time on a
carb cycling diet or the first time that I've actually needed to fix my erratic eating patterns but it is the first time that I actually feel like completely following through with a healty fatloss diet for longer than a couple of weeks. I get lazy with my eating some times and struggle with it too, just like all my clients and visitors.
Today is moderate intensity carb load day and I get to eat plenty of carbs to satisfy me and fuel tomorrow's high intensity workout. The last two days have been cleanse and balance days so I actually have tons of energy to workout hard today. I'll be posting videos of my workouts soon but in the mean time here's one of my healthy recipes that you might like to try on a lower carb day.
BTW, this is a great meal on a hot 105 degree day!
Southwestern Salad (2 servings)
4 cups arugula
6 oz. grilled chicken (from leftovers)
10 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1/2 cup corn
1/2 avocado (sliced or cubed)
1/2 cup cucumber slices
red or green onion (optional)
2 tbsp grated cheese (totally optional)
Honey mustard vinaigrette (totally optional)
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
2 tsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper
1 garlic clove (optional)
1 tbsp mined cilantro (optional)
