My Tacfit Workout from day 4: 48 rounds of tabatas back to back, no rest between exercises and focus on excellent technique. As you can see I'm still struggling with that on some exercises.
Jumping lunges 20 sec work/10 sec rest x 8 Modified "quality" pushups 20 sec work/10 sec rest x 8 Plank push knees 20 sec work/10 sec rest x 8 Sit thru reach 20 sec work/10 sec rest x 8 Spinal rock pike 20 sec work/10 sec rest x 8 Tripod Twist 20 sec work/10 sec rest x 8 (love this exercise)

I think those exercises can be very beneficial. I wouldn't recommend them every time you go to the gym, but neither would she probably. It's always good to be looking for different ideas and ways to train. Plus videos are a great way to illustrate things!

I LOVE the tacfit moves! It is just what I've been looking for to spice up my workouts. Can't wait to try and learn more about Tacfit, I've never heard of it before today. Hoping,as I learn more I can incorporate it into the classes I teach at the YMCA, it would be awesome for our Boot Camp sessions! Monica, I love your tacfit workouts, and have actually started using these moves in my bootcamp classes, and the girls love these excercises. I have even introduced them to the kickboxing community as well.

I am 52, very fit, and really being challenged by Tacfit. I am in the middle of Mission 3, Recruit level - so, I've got plenty more workouts ahead of me. It's great to just turn on the proper videos and go.
I had already done P90X, TRX suspension training, resistance band training and loved all of them. Tacfit is unique and feels advanced even at the Recruit level. I do feel that the warm up and cool down are important and the Scott Sonnon designed the program in a way to minimize injuries and maximize results and functionality.
