The Weight Loss Workouts for Weeks 4-6

After your week 1-3 weight loss workouts you are ready for something more challenging so continue for 3 more weeks with the workouts listed below. If some of the exercises are too challenging you can always revert to a modified version or extend rest periods until you build more strength and endurance.
