The scorpion is an amazing exercise that improves hip, low back, and core mobility. It improves posture and boosts performance which in turn increases your body's ability to burn fat.
Here is the video where Dr. Perry explains why and how to do the famous scorpion. My clients all have a love hate relationship with this exercise. They hate doing it but love the improved mobility and typically feel very energized after doing this exercise.
The scorpion wrings out all the tension in your body and aligns your body so that you can have a killer workout. Enjoy!
